UT3 Linux server
The GNU/Linux server for Unreal Tournament 3, version 1.2, is now available.
PLEASE NOTE:
This is NOT a complete package, only a patch. You do not need a retail copy of UT3 to host games, but you will need the full server installation and a GameSpy login, as discussed here.To install, shut down the existing game server. Then set the downloaded file to be executable (chmod a+x UT3-linux-server-02202008.bin), and run it like a program; it will unpack itself. You may either install over your existing server, or unpack the files to an empty dir and copy them over manually, replacing files as necessary. Restart the game server and you're upgraded!
